Doing God’s Work

This tweet was a bit tongue in cheek. The CEO of Goldman Sachs made his (in)famous reference to God’s work- which became a caricature of Wall Street. But when I had the opportunity to reflect on where we are headed at nCent Labs, it really drove home one of our organizing values: cobuilding a movement that values everyone’s unique abilities and skills.

We have top-tier talent working day and night to produce a durable, scaleable platform. We are inspired by a world that allows people to access the value and the power of their social networks. But a platform is only one of hundreds. We are all doing this to be a part of something larger than ourselves: We’re trying to create a spirited community — a movement.

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.” — Margaret Mead

We can’t do this without the community that is quickly growing around nCent. In the coming months and year, we will get our shot at telling our story — — and seeing what this group can really do. We are inspired BUIDL’rs with momentum, and I am dedicated to working with you to create a product that can truly make the internet more free and fair.

I look forward to co-building nCent Nation with all of you. And to all our friends at Goldman Sachs (including Lloyd who might be free soon!)… Join us and even if we don’t have a job posting with your background, email me anyways and tell us about how you want to chip in to doing God’s work: kk@ncnt.io.

To stay in the nCent loop, hear me tweet and join our international telegram channel.
